MEL Diagnostic & capacity strengthening for Circle India Network Entrepreneurs (Ongoing)

Populi is currently partnering with Circle India to conduct a comprehensive MEL Diagnostic across their portfolio of education entrepreneurs. The goal of this ongoing work is to understand the strength of each organisation’s monitoring, evaluation, and learning practices, assess their clarity on outcomes and indicators, and identify the systems, processes, and capacities needed to support stronger evidence and program quality. Using Populi’s customised diagnostic tool, we are reviewing each entrepreneur’s program logic, data practices, reporting routines, and use of evidence for decisions.

This diagnostic will culminate in individual feedback sessions and tailored “Quick Wins” roadmaps that help entrepreneurs strengthen their MEL foundations while keeping their systems practical and usable. The insights generated will also help Circle refine its support model and deepen the learning culture across the cohort. This work is helping build a more evidence-driven, reflective, and capacity-enhancing ecosystem for early-stage education entrepreneurs.
