Learning Partnership with Sol’s Arc
Case Study, by admin
Populi partnered with Sol’s Arc through a 2 year Learning Partnership to strengthen their Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) systems across their inclusive education and livelihoods programs. As Sol’s Arc expanded its work with government systems and district-level teams, they needed a robust evidence architecture that could support program quality, measure outcomes for Children With Special Needs (CWSN) and Persons With Disabilities (PWD), and guide decision-making at multiple levels of implementation.
As their MEL partner, Populi designed clear outcomes and indicators across systemic, school, and community interventions; built logframes and data systems for multiple states; facilitated learning reviews with leadership; and developed practical tools for monitoring program fidelity, outreach, and learner progress. We worked closely with their in-house MEL team to streamline data collection processes and help set up a tech-enabled Performance Management System.
This ongoing partnership is supporting Sol’s Arc in moving towards a systems-aware, scale-ready MEL approach enabling them to capture meaningful outcomes, communicate their impact effectively, and make evidence-informed decisions as they support inclusive education and livelihoods at scale.
