M&E Capacity Building for The Circle Entrepreneurs
Case Study, by admin
Populi’s collaboration with The Circle advanced the capabilities of their educational entrepreneurs in India. By offering specialised workshops and individualised support, this partnership empowered participants to launch and manage innovative educational projects ensuring meaningful impact.
The Circle equips entrepreneurs with essential resources and training, and Populi enhanced this mission by delivering targeted workshops on Theories of Change (TOC) and Logical Frameworks, followed by personalized guidance and a masterclass on baseline assessments. Our approach began with a comprehensive two-day workshop that laid the groundwork for aligning educational projects with measurable outcomes. Participants then submitted their TOC and Logical Framework drafts, receiving tailored feedback to refine their approaches according to the unique demands of their initiatives. A masterclass on baseline assessments followed, where each entrepreneur built baseline assessments for their pilot projects.
This rigorous support culminated in all 18 participating entrepreneurs successfully designing their TOCs and Logical Frameworks. The feedback from participants has been overwhelmingly positive, highlighting an increased confidence in their strategic planning and measurement capabilities. This initiative has fostered a data-driven culture among new educational leaders, enabling them to pursue their projects with a clear focus on impact and sustainability.
